Who We Are

24/8 Impact CIC strengthens the youth and community sector by supporting organisations, developing young changemakers, and increasing access to funding.

We operate at the intersection of community insight, organisational development, and youth leadership, ensuring impact is not only created, but sustained.

The Problem

Across London, youth and community organisations are:

• Underfunded and overstretched
• Lacking long-term structural support
• Facing increasing demand from young people

At the same time, many young people with lived experience of these challenges lack the pathways, resources, and support to lead solutions.

This creates a critical gap between:

• Need and delivery
• Insight and action
• Funding and accessibility

We take an ecosystem approach, not siloed programmes.

Our model connects organisations, individuals, and funding to create continuous, community-led impact.

1. Consultancy: Strengthening Organisations

We build the capacity of grassroots organisations through:

• Programme development
• Impact strategy
• Retainer-based advisory

2. Programmes: Developing People and Building Pathways

Impactivist Programme (Flagship)

A social entrepreneurship incubator for young adults (20–25), turning lived experience into community-led solutions.

Workshops and Speaking Engagements

We deliver social purpose workshops and talks across schools, community organisations, and youth spaces.

These focus on:

• Community building and social awareness
• Helping individuals find their social purpose
• Introducing pathways into the youth and third sector
• Building confidence, leadership, and communication skills

3. Grants Programme: Resourcing the Sector

A developing quarterly fund designed to get resources to grassroots organisations more equitably.

• Four funding rounds per year (planned)
• Focus on accessibility and underserved communities
